We're really, really sorry to interrupt you, but . . . can you maybe take some time to come see Stanley Kubrick's horror masterpiece at a century old neighborhood theater? We promise we won't possess you.
You are our patron. You've always been our patron.
Jack Nicholson stars with Shelley Duvall in this Stephen King story of what happens when a very unchill dad with writer's block takes a job as a caretaker for a remote, haunted hotel. Bringing his wife and telepathic son along with him, isolation and creative frustration quickly takes its toll on Jack (a dull boy, after all) and some subsequent unexplainable happenings certainly don't help.
Part family drama, part psychological horror, all terrifying; this masterwork is one worth seeing again and again. But like all movies, it's better in a crowd so don't miss it on our big screen!
Parking is available in our gated lot, on Gilbert, and Michigan Avenue
